These Terms & Conditions govern the access and use of the site neltori.com and the platform operated by Neltori S.A.S., a company incorporated in the Argentine Republic and registered as a Collective Financing Platform with the Comisión Nacional de Valores. By using the site you fully accept these terms.
1. Nature of the service
Neltori is a technology platform that connects individual investors with authorised real estate developers. Neltori is not a bank, financial entity, broker or investment adviser. Published information is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a personalised recommendation.
2. Eligibility
To operate on the platform you must be at least 18 years old, reside in Argentina or in authorised jurisdictions, complete Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures and accept the suitability assessment required by CNV.
3. Registration and responsible use
By registering you declare that the information provided is truthful, current and complete. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity carried out from your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
4. Investment risks
Real estate investments involve risks, including construction delays, price variations, temporary illiquidity and macroeconomic factors. Projected returns are estimates based on scenarios and do not guarantee performance. You should assess your profile before participating.
5. Fees
Neltori charges structuring, administration and success fees, detailed in each specific offering. There are no hidden costs: any fee is disclosed before you confirm your participation.
6. Intellectual property
Texts, graphics, logos, code and images on the site are the property of Neltori or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution or modification without prior written authorisation is forbidden.
7. Anti-money laundering
Neltori is a reporting entity to Argentina's Financial Intelligence Unit (UIF) and complies with regulations on money laundering and terrorism financing. We may request additional documentation when necessary.
8. Availability
We work to keep the platform available 24/7 but may interrupt service for scheduled maintenance, force majeure or regulatory requirements. We will announce planned interruptions with reasonable notice.
9. Limitation of liability
Neltori will not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits or missed opportunities derived from the use or inability to use the platform, except for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, in accordance with the Civil and Commercial Code of the Nation.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute will be submitted to the Ordinary Courts of the Province of Tucumán, with express waiver of any other forum that may apply.
