Cookie Policy
Last updated: January 15, 2026
This Cookie Policy describes how Neltori uses cookies and similar technologies (pixels, local storage, advertising IDs) on our site and how it integrates with Google Consent Mode v2 to honour your decisions before enabling any measurement or advertising.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small files that a site stores on your device to remember information between visits: language, session, preferences, metrics and ads. Some are strictly technical and others require your prior consent.
2. Categories in use
We distinguish four categories: (a) Necessary, active by default; (b) Functional, to remember preferences such as language; (c) Analytics, to understand site performance; (d) Advertising, to measure campaigns and personalise ads on platforms such as Google Ads.
3. Google Consent Mode v2
Before loading any Google tag we initialize Consent Mode v2 with all storages denied by default, except functionality and security. Only when you accept a category do we send an update via gtag('consent','update', …) and trigger a cookie_consent_update event on the dataLayer so that marketing tools adjust their behaviour in real time.
4. Third-party cookies
We may use Google Ads (AW-18064110603) and Google Analytics 4 to measure campaigns and aggregate behaviour. Providers process information according to their own policies: we suggest reviewing https://policies.google.com/privacy.
5. Managing your preferences
You can change your decisions any time from the ‘Adjust cookies’ link in the footer. You may also delete cookies through your browser settings; in that case the consent banner will reappear on your next visit.
6. Duration
Necessary cookies expire on session close. Functional cookies may last up to 12 months. Analytics and advertising cookies have a maximum lifespan of 24 months, in line with each provider's policies.
7. Changes to this policy
If we change categories, providers or durations we will publish the new version with its effective date. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
