At Neltori S.A.S. we handle your personal data with the same rigour we apply to every real estate project. This document describes what information we collect, for which purposes, how we protect it and how you can exercise your rights under Argentina's National Law Nº 25,326 on Personal Data Protection and the provisions issued by the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública (AAIP).
1. Data controller
The controller is Neltori S.A.S., CUIT 30-71982046-4, with address at Av. Sarmiento 738, 4th Floor, San Miguel de Tucumán, Tucumán province. Contact us at privacidad@neltori.com.ar for any inquiry related to this policy.
2. Data we collect
We collect only the data required to operate the platform: (a) identification data voluntarily supplied through forms (name, email, phone, message); (b) technical data derived from your browsing (IP address, device type, operating system, referrer, timestamps); (c) behavioural data associated with the cookie preferences you have accepted.
3. Processing purposes
We use your data to respond to your inquiries, share information about investment projects, comply with legal obligations (prevention of money laundering and terrorism financing, Law 25,246), measure the effectiveness of our digital marketing campaigns and improve site security and availability.
4. Legal basis
Processing relies on your free, express and informed consent (art. 5, Law 25,326), on the execution of a contractual or pre-contractual relationship, on the fulfilment of applicable legal obligations and on our legitimate interest when proportional and non-detrimental to your rights.
5. Recipients and transfers
We may share your data with technology providers acting as data processors (hosting, analytics, messaging), external auditors and competent authorities when legally required. International transfers are only carried out to countries with adequate protection level or under standard contractual clauses approved by the AAIP.
6. Retention period
We keep identification data for the time strictly necessary to fulfil the described purposes and, thereafter, for applicable legal periods (accounting, tax, prevention). Technical browsing data is kept for up to 26 months.
7. Data subject rights
You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, updating, deletion and objection, and withdraw your consent. Write to privacidad@neltori.com.ar proving your identity. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the AAIP (www.argentina.gob.ar/aaip).
8. Information security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures: TLS encryption in transit, role-based access control, event auditing and segregated production environments. No system is infallible, so we also rely on your good practices to safeguard your credentials.
9. Updates
We may update this policy to reflect regulatory, operational or technological changes. We will publish the current version with its last review date at the top of the document.
